MELBOURNE, Feb 27 AAP - The Grollo family's dream of building the world's tallest buildinghas finally come true - but the tower will be in Dubai instead of Melbourne.
Developer Bruno Grollo was shattered in 1999 when the Victorian Kennett governmentscuppered his plans to build a 560 metre "monument to Melbourne" at the city's Docklandsprecinct.
But his vision will now become a reality after his development company Grocon signeda $3 billion deal with Dubai's biggest development firm Emaar Properties to build theworld's tallest tower in the Middle Eastern …
